Terms and Conditions

Unless you are one of our regular customers, for whom our usual terms are thirty days from the invoice date, all orders must be paid for in advance of despatch.

We can accept a variety of payment methods. Items may be paid for by cheque (either in Sterling or in US Dollars) in which case they should be made payable to A.R. Heath. We can also take a payment by VISA or Mastercard, Sterling Draft or Bank Transfer.

Libraries may request deferred billing and we will try to accommodate any such requests.

Postage will be charged at cost. Parcels will be securely packed and will be sent out by first class mail to the UK and by Airmail overseas. All items are insured in transit.

We fully research and collate all of our stock and we try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions. Should you feel in any way unsatisfied with an item you have purchased then please contact us and we can discuss its return and a refund.
