Copac records only one location (National Library of Scotland) of a variant printing published at 15 Water Lane

The British Lion Torn to Pieces by Asses.
(London), c.1757.
Broadside, oblong folio, engraved, smallpart with original hand colouring, laid down on semi stiff card.
An exceedingly rare Satire on the parlous state of British Foreign Policy. Mention is amde of the loss of Minorca (lost to the French on March 14th 1757), and the Treaty of Prussia amongst other mentions. The hand colouring in red is meant to show the British Lion bleeding.
