The first collected edition of the first 13 fortnightly issues ( ex 39), (issued March 29th - Sept. 13th) with a collected title, Preface and an Index. Robert Dodsley entered into an agreement with Mark Akenside to publish this periodical for which the latter supplied an essay for each issue and acted as it's Editor. It contains a miscellany of News, Poetry and a valuable listing of books, with both American and Irish content. It ceased publication after issue 39 ( or two further collected volumes). The original owner of this volume has written a note at the top of the title page "These are all ye numbers as yet pub. WL".
